2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process Discord user identifiers, usernames and display names, avatar identifiers, email address supplied by Discord OAuth where available, Discord server IDs, channel and role IDs, server configuration, moderation configuration, ticket configuration, audit events and account-security information such as an encrypted TOTP secret when you enable two-factor authentication.

3. Ticket and moderation content

If a server administrator enables ticket transcripts, messages and related ticket content can be processed as part of that feature. Moderation and security features can also process message or event information required to detect configured rules. Server administrators are responsible for configuring these features lawfully and informing their communities where required.

4. Why we process information

• To authenticate dashboard users through Discord.
• To provide and secure the dashboard.
• To store server configuration and apply settings to the bot.
• To provide security, moderation and ticket features.
• To process Premium subscriptions if a paid plan is launched in the future.
• To maintain audit and security records.

5. Third-party providers

Discord provides authentication and platform data. Neon/PostgreSQL may be used for application data. X Systems may host the application. A payment provider may process billing information if Premium is launched. These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Payment information

Premium billing is currently disabled. AurevoBot is not currently requesting or processing payment-card information. If paid services are launched later, the applicable payment provider and processing details will be published before launch.

7. Security

We use measures such as encrypted TOTP secrets, authenticated sessions, CSRF protection, rate limiting and security headers. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

Retention depends on the type of information and the feature involved. Server configuration is retained while needed to operate the bot. Audit, subscription and security records may be retained for operational, security, legal or accounting purposes. Specific retention periods should be finalized based on the actual deployment and legal requirements.

9. Your rights

This policy may be updated when the Service or its data processing changes.
