Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to AurevoBot ("Bot", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern access to and use of AurevoBot, including the Discord bot, the website at AurevoBot.com and related services provided by the AurevoBot Team. By accessing, inviting, using or interacting with AurevoBot or the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
2. Eligibility
AurevoBot is available to Discord users subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any minimum age requirements applicable to Discord also apply to use of AurevoBot.
3. Description of the Service
AurevoBot provides server management and utility features including moderation tools, ticket management, welcome systems, verification, auto-role assignment, logging, anti-raid protection, auto-moderation and additional server tools. Features may be added, modified, restricted or removed.
4. Premium Services
Premium is planned but is currently disabled and unavailable for purchase. No subscription or payment is being offered through the Service at this time. Any future Premium pricing, trial period, features and billing terms will be displayed before launch and will be subject to applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use AurevoBot for unlawful activities.
- Do not abuse, exploit or intentionally misuse the Service.
- Do not bypass limitations, permissions or security measures.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not interfere with AurevoBot or connected systems.
Server owners remain responsible for how AurevoBot is configured and used in their servers.
6. Server Owner Responsibilities
Administrators are responsible for configuration, compliance with applicable law and Discord policies, moderation settings, ticket systems, logging and informing their communities where appropriate about transcript or moderation functionality.
7. Data Storage and Processing
AurevoBot may store server-related configuration such as guild IDs, ticket settings, channel and role IDs, AutoMod settings, anti-raid settings, welcome, verification, auto-role, logging and permission configuration. Ticket transcripts may contain ticket content when transcript functionality is enabled. Additional information may be processed temporarily where technically required.
8. Availability
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. Continuous uptime, error-free operation, uninterrupted access and compatibility with every Discord or third-party update are not guaranteed.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary for violations of these Terms, abuse, security threats, attempts to bypass restrictions or activities that may harm AurevoBot, its users or infrastructure.
10. Intellectual Property
Rights related to AurevoBot, its software, branding, website content, documentation and related materials remain with the AurevoBot Team unless otherwise stated. Copying, distribution, modification, sale or commercial exploitation without permission is not permitted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the AurevoBot Team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, service interruptions, server misconfiguration, administrator actions or damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Third-Party Services
AurevoBot may use Discord, hosting, database and other third-party services. Payment providers may be used if Premium is launched. Their availability and policies are outside AurevoBot's control and may be subject to separate terms.
13. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Updated versions become effective when published on AurevoBot.com or otherwise officially communicated, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in the applicable legal notice and mandatory consumer-protection rules. The operator should complete the jurisdiction information before relying on these Terms.
